today were releasing the 1.3 build of Persistanomaly. included are some fixes for some pretty major issues we found at launch, but also we started planning and work towards a bigger release of the game. this will likely be the last update we push to this specific page, but we'll keep fans posted.
Patch Notes
- fixed an issue where bullets would deal damage based on the players interaction zone rather than the collider
- fixed some smearing visible on brighter objects like the gun and bullets
- fixed an issue that allowed bullets to pass through doors
- rebaked incorrect lighting on one of the later levels (wasnt a huge issue, but bugged me personally)
Known Issues
- the game produced stuttering and artifacts at higher refreshrates (notably 80 tier and above for nvidia)
- native linux build doesnt include video files for some reason, sticking with windows for the deck
